Championship Men’s Saddle Buckjump,
Prizemoney $900 EF $50 Entries to the
committee
4) Brian Aspinall Memorial Australian
Championship Ladies Saddle Buckjump,
Prizemoney TBA EF $27.50 entries to
the committee
and an engraved trophy buckle for the
winners. Each rider must have their
own saddle. Saddles cannot be shared
between riders and saddle must be a
flap stock saddle. Fender saddles are not
acceptable.
5) Ladies Steer Ride - $1,000 prizemoney
and an engraved trophy buckle for the
winner. Entry Fee $27.50 entries to the
committee
6) Mule Ride open to men & ladies $500
prizemoney EF $27.50 held Saturday
night. Entries to the committee.
7) Junior Bareback pony ride (rider’s under
16 years old) prizemoney $350 and a buckle EF
$27.50 (held Saturday & Sunday). Entries
to the committee.
8) Team Roping is a team entry. One run
per team. Competitor’s must have their
partner’s membership number when
entering or the entry will not be accepted.
Only one partner from the team needs
to enter, work out which one will do it
so only one entry gets put in.
9) Steer Wrestling will be two rounds and
an aggregate. Winner of the aggregate
will receive a $500 bonus.
10. Nominations for Poly Saddle Buckjump,
Ladies Steer Ride, Mule Ride and Junior
Bareback Ponies have to be prepaid and
sent to The Secretary, Warwick Show
& Rodeo Society Inc. PO Box 190, Warwick
Qld 4370
11. Add back all open events $100.
12. APRA Head Office are doing the payouts,
please call with your bank details
PRIOR to the rodeo if you prefer this
method of payment.
13. Camping fee $20 per camp 24-27 Oct.
Camping prior to 24th or after 27th is
$20 per camp per night. Payable at the
gate when entering showgrounds.
14. Winner of the Alex Turner Memorial
Open Bareback Bronc ride will be the
recipient of a buckle.
15. A Horse Health Declaration will need
to be filled in and signed prior to bringing
horses onto the Warwick Showgrounds.

Penalties and Fines

22.1 Turnout fine of $50 if in performance or slack and you do not notify Central Entry Office or Rodeo Secretary.

22.2 Turnout fine of $10 if in performance and you do notify the Central Entry Office by 5pm the Thursday prior to the Rodeo.

22.3 Turnout in slack and notify the Central Entry Office before 5pm on the Thursday before the Rodeo. No fine.

22.4 All turnouts required to pay entry fees. all fees and fines to be paid prior to competitor being permitted to enter further rodeos.

22.5 Unfinancial Members or Members on the Suspended Members List cannot compete as a Day Members.

22.6 A competitor must have a medical certificate to cancel out of a Rodeo after the closing date for entries. A competitor who cancels on a medical certificate, cannot compete for ten (10) days from the date of the Rodeo from which he cancelled and must supply a medical release.

22.7 Competitors are only allowed 3 medicals and 3 visual turn outs in each Rodeo year.

22.8 When a competitor visually turns out or Medicals out of a Rodeo he only receives his added money back. Committee levy is retained by the committee and administration levy must be paid to head office.
