NOTES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: 1. Add back all open events $100.
2. Day Members nominations will be taken from 16th March until 31st March only after 6pm & fees to be PAID IN FULL by 31st March to the Secretary – Carlie Remfrey 0428350158. Day Members entries will be accepted for Open Bull Ride under the APRA Rule that the competitor must have won more $1000 in that event competitor much show proof of this.
3. There will be Strictly NO access into the rodeo grounds for competitors until after 5:30pm on Saturday 11th April due to the Local Race Meeting being held.
4. STRICTLY no competitor to camp within the designated PUBLIC PARKING Area.
5. Designated Competitor Camping Area is from the eastern side of the arena down to the rough stock backyard area.
6. For the duration of the Sunday rodeo all competitors on horses must only enter the arena from the rough stock end. PLEASE DO NOT use the main ticket gate.
7. Due to limited space for horse warm up area the racetrack is available for our use but please refrain from doing any tight circle work within the racetrack.
8. Main admission gate will have a competitor list for your names to be checked then you will be given an armband at the secretary box when your entries are paid, armbands must be warn at all times for the duration of the Xtreme Bulls & Pro Rodeo. Please note that there is ONLY ONE free companion armband allowed per competitor.
9. As the Competitors camping area is an unlicensed area for alcohol please KEEP ALL ALCOHOL within your camp site & please pack up all rubbish and leave your camp sit in a clean and tidy manner.
10. Please do not tie any horses, electric fences or attach portable fences to the running rail of the racetrack.
11. Strict western dress code ruling applies both in the arena & behind the rough stock chutes & timed event box, fines will be applied if this ruling is not adhered to.
12. The consumption of alcohol in or around the timed event area, backyards or bucking chutes is strictly prohibited, on the spot fines will apply.
13. All payouts will be done on the completion of both the Friday Xtreme Bulls & Sunday Pro Rodeo.

15. Roma Easter In The Country Committee has a Zero Tolerance for any abusive behaviour from any APRA members in regards to this event.

Penalties and Fines
22.1 Turnout fine of $50 if in performance or slack and you do not notify Central Entry Office or Rodeo Secretary.
22.2 Turnout fine of $10 if in performance and you do notify the Central Entry Office by 5pm the Thursday prior to the Rodeo.
22.3 Turnout in slack and notify the Central Entry Office before 5pm on the Thursday before the Rodeo. No fine.
22.4 All turnouts required to pay entry fees. all fees and fines to be paid prior to competitor being permitted to enter further rodeos.
22.5 Unfinancial Members or Members on the Suspended Members List cannot compete as a Day Members.
22.6 A competitor must have a medical certificate to cancel out of a Rodeo after the closing date for entries. A competitor who cancels on a medical certificate, cannot compete for ten (10) days from the date of the Rodeo from which he cancelled and must supply a medical release.
22.7 Competitors are only allowed 3 medicals and 3 visual turn outs in each Rodeo year.
22.8 When a competitor visually turns out or Medicals out of a Rodeo he only receives his added money back. Committee levy is retained by the committee and administration levy must be paid to head office.
