HOW TO BECOME AN APRA
DAY MEMBER
Non APRA members are permitted to enter as a day member providing:
- a) The rodeo accepts day members.
- b) The applicant is not a current financial or non-financial member of the APRA.
- c) They agree to abide by the Association’s Rules and By-Laws.
To find out when and how to enter simply click on the events calendar on the home page and go to the rodeo you are wishing to enter.
The Rodeo details will include whether or not the committee accepts day members and who is accepting the entries.

Some rodeo committees will be taking day membership entries themselves for local and non-points events and where this is applicable you must contact the committee direct.
For all other events APRA will be responsible for day member entries and the process is as follows:-
- Day members MUST have a completed and signed Day Membership Form submitted to the Office BEFORE APRA can accept your entries.
- The day membership form includes rodeo event entry details. You can submit both your membership application and rodeo event entries all on the one form and in one transaction.
- No further call to central entries will be required after submission of the form.
- Day Membership and Day Member entries will only be accepted on Wednesday and Thursday the week prior to the rodeo.
- Your entry is not valid until you have received a confirmation email from APRA Head Office.
- Please Note: Open Bull Riders must be over 18 and have won over $1000 in 2nd Division Bull Ride (Proof of Earnings from other Associations accepted).
This is as stipulated in our By-Laws and Competitions rule book –
21.8 Day Member entries will close, and must be called into the Central Entry Office by 5 p.m. on the Thursday on the week prior to the rodeo.
Price for Day Membership:
Senior (17 & over) $44.00
*as at 1st May (Start of Junior Season)
Please note Day Memberships are not refundable.
