With prolonged uncertainty surrounding travel and border closures, the decision has been made to not run the 2020 Junior NFR. The ability for these factors to affect the event right up until the last minute could not be disregarded. 

 

Due to the inability to run a 2020 Junior National Finals Rodeo there will be no Junior Australian Champions crowned for the 2020 season. The APRA will award those members who would be competing at the Junior NFR with a plaque to commemorate this fine achievement. 

 

Stay tuned as we continue to watch these members thrive in our sport.

 

We also take this opportunity to remind members that there will be no Junior NFR held for the 2021 season due to the reduced competition.

 

The APRA acknowledges the ongoing efforts of the Emerald Rodeo Committee to continue hosting this fantastic event for the Junior Members and we hope to continue working with them in the future.
