COVID SAFE MEETING
There will be a meeting of all contestants half an hour prior to the slack and the performance with the Chiltern Rodeo Committee & APRA Directors. It is compulsory for all competitors to please attend.

NOTES:1. Add back open events $60, BR and TR $100. 
2. Team Roping is one run per team. One member from each team must enter with both membership numbers.      
3. Full catering, bar and refreshments available. 
4. No outside vendors allowed without prior approval from the secretary. 
5. Dogs must be on leads. 
6. Camping available on the grounds. 
7. No extension power leads to be used by competitors from mains power. 
8. No glass on the reserve by order of the Chiltern Racecourse Recreational Reserve Committee of management.
9. Alcohol can only be consumed in designated areas. 
10. All APRA competitors must produce ID/APRA membership card at the gate. A list of names will be at the gate and armbands will be given on arrival. 
11. Temperature will be taken at the gate upon arrival. 
12. COVID-19 safe public event. Social distancing applies. 
13. You must show your ID/licence at the gate to show what state you are from if there are border closures. 
14. All competitors must follow the current Victorian COVID-19 state regulations and restrictions.

16. Kelvin Duke Memorial Open Bareback Bronc Ride.

Penalties and Fines

22.1 Turnout fine of $50 if in performance or slack and you do not notify Central Entry Office or Rodeo Secretary.

22.2 Turnout fine of $10 if in performance and you do notify the Central Entry Office by 5pm the Thursday prior to the Rodeo.

22.3 Turnout in slack and notify the Central Entry Office before 5pm on the Thursday before the Rodeo. No fine.

22.4 All turnouts required to pay entry fees. all fees and fines to be paid prior to competitor being permitted to enter further rodeos.

22.5 Unfinancial Members or Members on the Suspended Members List cannot compete as a Day Members.

22.6 A competitor must have a medical certificate to cancel out of a Rodeo after the closing date for entries. A competitor who cancels on a medical certificate, cannot compete for ten (10) days from the date of the Rodeo from which he cancelled and must supply a medical release.

22.7 Competitors are only allowed 3 medicals and 3 visual turn outs in each Rodeo year.

22.8 When a competitor visually turns out or Medicals out of a Rodeo he only receives his added money back. Committee levy is retained by the committee and administration levy must be paid to head office.
