6. Day member entries will be taken from Thursday 15th of July to Thursday 29th of July between 6pm and 9pm only.
7.Day Members entries will be accepted in Open Bull Ride under the APRA Rule that the competitor must have won more $1000 in that event within APRA/ABCRA rodeos.
8.Day Members entries will be accepted in Open Saddle Bronc & Open Bareback as per CMMF committee rule if they have won more $1000 in that event within APRA/ABCRA rodeos, must provide proof to CMMF Secretary
9.There will be NO access into the grounds for competitors camping at the Cloncurry Equestrian Centre until Monday 2rd August 2021.
10.Due to council laws all dogs to be tied up at all times, any dogs found loose within the
Recreation grounds will be impounded immediately.
11. All plugs in electrical equipment that you are using must have a certified
test and tag displayed on them.
12. Areas defined as NO PARKING are to be respected as such.
13. Strictly No Access for vehicles or horses is allowed within the Racecourse Complex.
14. Horse areas are to be no larger than the designated camp site
15. Holding of camping areas for other competitors is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
16. Camping fee is $20 per site for the week which will be collected upon arrival and then you will be given the allocated camp site number.
17. All Junior competitors must wear their helmets both in & outside of the arena whilst on their horse.
18.Strict western dress code ruling applies both in the arena & behind the rough stock chutes & timed event box, fines will be applied if this ruling is not adhered to.
19. The consumption of alcohol in or around the timed event area, backyards or bucking chutes is strictly prohibited, on the spot fines will apply.
20. MOBILE PHONE FOOTAGE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM BEHIND THE ROUGHSTOCK CHUTES
21. Winners must be present & in western dress attire for all Trophy Presentations during the rodeo & all payouts will be done after the completion of events on Saturday
night and your patience would be appreciated.
22. Junior team ropers must partner with an open or permit member in J-TR.
23. Ken Coleman Memorial Chute Out will be the top 4 scores from the Open Saddle Bronc Ride, then 2 wild cards will be drawn from the remaining Saddle Bronc competitors, $1000, trophy buckle and winner take all. It is a Non Points Event.
24. Curry Merry Muster Festival committee have Zero Tolerance for any
abusive behaviour from any competitors in regards to Camping Sites, Horse Areas or anything else associated with the festival.
