NOTES: 1. Add back all open events $100.
2. All payouts to be paid via direct deposit at the competion of the event, please give your bank details to the secretaries office.
3. All competitors & companions MUST scan the QR Code upon entry into the venue at the main admission gate.
4. Free entry for each competitor & only ONE companion is allowed as free entry with that competitor, only compeitor names will be on gate list and each companion must be present with competitor at Secretary Office to receive armband or no armband will be given.
5. Armbands MUST be worn at all times, NO ARMBAND NO ENTRY.
6. STRICTLY no competitor camping within the designated PUBLIC PARKING area.
7. Designated Competitor Camping are is from the eastern side of the arena down to the rough stock backyard area.
8. For the duration of the rodeo all competitors with horses must enter the arena from the rough stock end of the arena, PELASE DO NOT use main ticket gate.
9. Horses can be warmed up on the racetrack, there is to be NO circle work during warm up due to it causing issues with the track.
10. There is to be NO animals or portable yarding of any sort to be tied to the Racetrack running rail.
11. For any competitors camping inside the racetrack on Saturday, access to your camps will be sut off at 11:00am and re-opend at 5:30pm.
12. All Junior competitors must wear their helmets both in & outside the arena whilst on their horse.
13. Strict western dress code ruling applies both in the arena, behond the rough stock chutes & timed event box, fines will be appliced if this ruling is not adhered to.
14. Due to council laws all dogs to be tied up at all times, any dogs found loose within the Recreation grounds will be impounded immediately.
15. Upon completion of the rodeo at 8:30pm there will be a Live Concert starting at 9pm, if any competitors wish to attend the concert after the rodeo you will need to purchase an armband from the admission gate.
16. Roma Easter in the Country Rodeo committee have Zero Tolerance for any abusive behavior from any APRA members in regards to Camping, Horses Area or anything else associated with the festival.

Penalties and Fines
22.1 Turnout fine of $50 if in performance or slack and you do not notify Central Entry Office or Rodeo Secretary.
22.2 Turnout fine of $10 if in performance and you do notify the Central Entry Office by 5pm the Thursday prior to the Rodeo.
22.3 Turnout in slack and notify the Central Entry Office before 5pm on the Thursday before the Rodeo. No fine.
22.4 All turnouts required to pay entry fees. all fees and fines to be paid prior to competitor being permitted to enter further rodeos.
22.5 Unfinancial Members or Members on the Suspended Members List cannot compete as a Day Members.
22.6 A competitor must have a medical certificate to cancel out of a Rodeo after the closing date for entries. A competitor who cancels on a medical certificate, cannot compete for ten (10) days from the date of the Rodeo from which he cancelled and must supply a medical release.
22.7 Competitors are only allowed 3 medicals and 3 visual turn outs in each Rodeo year.
22.8 When a competitor visually turns out or Medicals out of a Rodeo he only receives his added money back. Committee levy is retained by the committee and administration levy must be paid to head office.
