DIRECTOR POSITIONS UP FOR ELECTION
All members of the Australian Professional Rodeo Association Inc. are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting. Non-financial members are also welcome however they hold no voting rights.
Notices of Motion, Agenda Items and Nominations for Director Positions are to be received by the APRA office no later than 11th September 2023. Submissions after this date cannot be accepted.

Executive Director Vacancy - Due to the resignation of one of the APRA Executive Directors, Nominations are being called for this position for a three year term to be voted and elected at this upcoming AGM.

Notices of Motion & Agenda Items - Please visit the AGM tab on the APRA website to view how to submit a Notice of Motion and Agenda Item in the correct format. Those submitted in the incorrect format cannot be accepted.
A quorum is required to conduct the AGM. Please attend and have your say on your Association. You are not entitled to vote at the AGM unless your membership is renewed after 30 September 2023.
